The hotel seems to be an older property but very well kept. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I didn’t forget anything but they did offer the essentials in case you did forget something so that was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice but club across the way

The place was quite nice - clean with very friendly staff. The location was good and parking was included as was a nice breakfast. The one major complaint I have is the noise from a bar across the street that started blasting music at 6 or 7 pm. Not great after a long day traveling or out and about visiting the museums of the city.

Large room which was cleaned daily. Shower, toilet, and sink were all very nice. Bed was large but a little too firm. Front desk service was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Location is great and the area is extremely walkable. The outside noise wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem. The only issue was the door to the room was somewhat translucent which allowed a lot of light into the room in the morning which was odd and not ideal. Other than that, it's a really nice place and I would definitely recommend for people wanting to walk and tour the city.

There is a club across the street. Music loud and on until 3 am Tuesday thru Sunday. You can hear it inside your room.

Ok property but no parking garage or parking spot near or next to it l love walk but not field safe because parking garage was 5 blocks away from the hotel and they don’t have a safe spot on front of the door , you have to go the garage and you have to carry your bags / suitcases 5 blocks away from the hotel or parking garage

We all know if we damage the property we will be accountable,I booked a room for my parents and they were told by the receptionist in a rude way that if they broke something up they would pay for it,mom and dad are 68 and 79 I understand if you’re traveling with kids but that was a bit out of line for two seniors citizens,AC unit wasn’t working,everything else was in good condition.

Handicap Disaster

The hotel is totally wrong for a disabled person. There is no handicap ramp to get into the hotel and you had to take a step to get into the bathroom, which had no handicap bars. The room was not heated and you had to call to get hot water. We checked out five days early.

Terrible experience! :( My first room was dirty, very smelly, and noisy. I asked to changed it for another room. Sadly, the second room, was a noisy one due to the bad isolation from the street because of the night club just right across the street; poor cleanest, dirty hand towels and pillow sheets with lipstick marks and make up and a noisy air fan. The staff was friendly though, and very attentive.

A very very noisy affair!

This hotel has a few serious disadvantages. The most important one is that it is situated across the street from a very noisy open air music cafe, which opens practically everyday and generates massive amounts of noice, which makes it very difficult the get rest. There are no rules about noise production in this part of the city, and if you are unlucky the loudness goes on from 8 pm to 1 or 2 am. If you need to work or rest it is practically impossible. It doesn't matter where you are in the hotel, since its patio resonates everything. It is also very unpleasant that the hotel demands from its clients to call reception each time you want to use warm water for a shower! The pictures of the rooms look nice, but most don't have even a small table or even a cupboard for cloths. I am afraid I will never return here, what a disappointment!

Buena ubicación

Por las noches cierran la puerta y cada que llega un huesped toca el timbre lo cual es incómodo si tienes sueño ligero, así como cada que timbra el teléfono en recepción...... la limpieza, comodidad, ubicación y el delicioso desayuno es su fuete
