Everyone was really nice, our room was on the second floor, was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb, wide variety. Buffett style plus they even make omelets. They also have a bar and lounge area, restaurant on premises, and a small Starbucks on site.

One of my favorite hotels in the world. Has been perfect for multiple stays when traveling through San Luis Potosí. Great restaurant. Rooms are very affordable for a place as nice as this!

It was a quick layover as we traveled further into Mexico by car. It’s a beautiful hotel inside and out. The room was really pretty and the bed was comfy. The staff was very nice and the parking was free.

Nice property with a beautiful building and gardens, you can enjoy the patio in a relax atmosphere, feeling safe and secure. My only recommendation will be to change the carpets, at lease the one in my room was too old and feel dirty.

The Hilton San Luis turned out to be just a good hotel overall. The property itself is dated--and you can see that in pretty much everything around it, albeit clean and well kept. If you have to haul your luggage to your room, expect to walk through cobble stones! There are elevators to the second and third floors, but they're old and in need of maintenance. There was a continuous huming noise right outside our room that was driving me insane, but didn't come from the elevator. I was never able to figure out were it came from. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but on the expensive side. Parking was very limited but free, so if you arrived late chances are that you had to park your car outside, or else hand your car keys to the valet. The hotel, on the other side, is conveniently located in my opinion; right next to a Walmart Express and at about 5 minutes from the San Luis Mall (a very nice mall with cinemas and some luxory stores). There's also easy access to the main express ways. To get to downtown from this hotel is a bit tricky but not too difficult. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was great, but the bathroom showed its age too. There was no shower rubber mat so I asked the front desk if they had one but they said they didn't have any! I had to purchase my own shower mat at Walmart--seriously!! All in all, I'd reluctantly recommend this hotel, but if you can find something better for a similar rate go for it.
