Stay away from this hotel, on the first day my pillows had boot prints on them. When I requested for them to be changed the cleaning lady acted shocked when I told her I needed them changed. She asked if I actually needed them all of them changed, I said yes. She said it was a lot of pillows to change. My towels didn’t get changed either. Staff is really loud even when it’s 6AM in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in. Clerk refused to give me two cards when I asked for two keys, until a different employee stepped in. Food is also awful, I ordered room service and the food was undercooked, cold, and tasteless. Elevator is slow and was out of service a few times during my stay. The 6th floor has a weird smell, it’s very strong and stinky. I would not stay at this hotel again. If possible id give it 0 stars.
