"They were helpful, courteous and went out of their way to be accommodating. The restaurant was very handy to have on the premises. The garden was kept very clean and beautiful, they had a security guard on duty. We will be back. Thank you."

"We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room, but the shower was not accessible. There was only one grab bar in the shower and no chair. When we asked for one, we got a garden chair that slid away when trying to sit in it. Although we could wheel up to the toilet in the chair, the bathroom door couldn't close with the chair there. Accessibilty isn't there yet as in most hotels at this location, but the staff were very friendly and tried to accomodate."
