Such a great hotel! Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Room was so clean and quiet. Very close and walkable to downtown San Luis Obispo. Beach and beautiful trails are a very short drive away. Absolutely cannot beat this hotel, very affordable too!

The property is beautiful, both on the outside and in the rooms. The pictures don’t do it justice. The room was clean. Parking is available directly next to the rooms, making unloading the car very easy. It’s not a long walk from downtown San Luis Obispo. Ultimately, it’s a great deal, I was surprised with how much we got given the affordable price!

Great for the price

As someone who's been poor all my life, I've become a connoisseur of cheap hotels. This stay was excellent for the price. I had low expectations, and they were significantly exceeded. This is the perfect place if you need a place to stay on a budget and aren't too concerned about amenities. Staff was friendly and unobtrusive

Really nice staff and clean rooms. Just need to manage your expectations because the property and rooms are really old and run down with the exception of a couple of single queen bed rooms that have been updated. But the double queen rooms have yet to be updated. Best price for being in close proximity to downtown SLO.

Enjoyed my room that had been totally renovated with all the conveniences. Centrally located to downtown in easy walking distance to all of the attractions. It was easy to find and easy access from the Freeway.
