"Pros: The view from the panoramic chalet was awesome! The staff was great, the food was good, water pressure good, and in general the room was very nice. The location was great for me as I’m a wildlife photographer and was able to roam the grounds with very little to no people around. I saw a plethora of birds, peccaries, coatis and some capuchin monkeys as well. Cons: This place is a little dated. I’m sure it was beautiful in its heyday, however that time has passed. The lighting in the room was not very bright (minus the lights over the bathroom sink, they were fine) All in all, for the price I paid, I was satisfied. "

"Our room was at the top of the hill which was a great view, but no soundproofing. It was loud. The towels and the shampoo/body wash were subpar. We had a car so did not have to rely on the shuttle but a shuttle is provided. We did the night walk which was fun but way too long. An hour would have been plenty. "
