The staff was courteous, the room was amazing! Our sweet overlooked the pool and we could see the cruise ships from the balcony. The casino was fun and they had an excellent band and dance floor.

Hyatt Place San Juan
We appreciated the shuttle to Escambron beach, T mobile center, and old San Juan! Breakfast was average with eggs, meat, breads, and fruit. Water pressure was terrible but water was HOT! Room stayed cool. Would recommend to others wanting to explore this side of the island!

Great check in, very friendly staff. Room attendants are wonderful. Beach staff very helpful and courteous. Got stuck here due to the weather at home and Maria went out of her way to get us accommodations for an extended stay.
