"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...

"Note: it is far from the beach. You will need a taxi to take you to and from the beach. Which is around $20 round trip. All the restaurants and stores are at the beach. BUT other than that, the resort is amazing. I’d say spend a day at the beach because that’s all you really need. The resort has a nice pool, bar, skatepark, gym and restaurant. The room is comfortable. Nice shower, cozy bed. AC. No bugs or dirt. "

"Excellent service, safe, beautiful pools and sunset views, and excellent food at restaurant. An amazing experience- waking up in the trees, watching monkeys, a serene tranquil spot in nature. "A nôtre arrivée la chambre semblait propre mais avec une forte odeur à désinfectant, il a fallu que j'ouvre les portes et la fenêtre de la toilette pendant quelques heures pour que l'odeur se dissipe un peu, cependant le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant nôtre séjour de 3 nuits! Mêmes servillettes et mêmes draps les 3 jours et la corbeille à papiers dans la toilette était pleine à craquer car personne venait pour nettoyer la.chambre. Le personnel etait aimable et les déjeuners étaient bons. "
