Excellent staff and comfortable bed

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. A few minor things could be improved. Hand soap was empty, and there was only one towel and one cup in the room. Overall, a lovely stay.

The nicest, friendliest staff I have experienced in a very long time. The amenities were subjectively poor for my taste. However, if we were to rate this hotel simply on the warm, professional, truly caring methods and behaviors of the staff, this would be on par with the Four Seasons.

More value for monay staying in a cheeper hotel. Hotel is ok (reception, location and service). Not impressed by the breakfast, expected more. Quality of hotel rooms is very different and do not expect to get a room that looks like the photo. We had two rooms where one was nice and renovated, the other room was old (changed room 3 times until we got a room of a decent standard). Also was lots of noice from the street on all the rooms we had. My advice is select a different hotel.
