"Walking around is great Hotel is on great location"

"It’s close to the basilica and very central to a lot of places."

"Everything was great"

"Really enjoyed the stay like always. Receptionist very helpful always. Restaurant waitress the best. Best location to stay."

"The hotel was lovely but the bed and the pillows were absolutely horrible. My whole body hurt from sleeping on the mattress, which as about as good as sleeping on a marble floor. The pillows were just lumps of stuffing - pretty gross. Also, there was no place close to eat or even get a cup of coffee."

"Excelente hotel "

"Did not like the location, the room style, the reception staff and the parking lot. "

"One of the better hotels to stay at in San Juan de Los Lagos as it's centrally located with restaurants/shopping/etc easily within walking distance. "

"I don’t like the cleaning was bad and smelled so bad "

"Una mala experiencia las personas que reciben a los clientes están como de malas y no hay ningún saludos y en la habitaciones una con cucarachas y la otra con unos colchones que están para la basura muy mal todo servicio e instalaciones Pésimo servicio"
