Everything was great only bad thing is that it is not soundproof so sometimes you hear a lot of noise (people talking, cars from the parking lot underneath)

Rented the standard room and stayed there only for one day after realizing the bathroom was too small and room had no windows. Decided to upgrade to a room with balcony which was perfect. The size of the bathroom was also a good size which included a jacuzzi. The balcony view was very nice which let you take in a great view of San Juan de Los Lagos.

Hotel, was very very noisy, beds are extremely hard. Lobby service was great and the coffee, but probably won’t stay here again.

Safe and Clean

Overall stay was great and rooms clean. Rooms were a bit small, it was very loud, you can hear everyone. Key cards would reset every day so we had to go downstairs to activate them again. Hotel was safe and secured. I would stay there again but I would request 3rd floor rooms or the Marqueza Suite.

Great location. Valet was helpful since parking can be tight. Room was just what someone would need for a quick visit. The only downside is the noice which is to be expected in a city such as San Juan. Ask for a higher level room and avoid the end of the hallway. Other than that, it a perfect spot to park, stay and explore the beautiful city of La Virgin de San Juan.

This property needs to be upgraded. The beds are very uncomfortable. At night all you can hear is people yelling across the hallways and doors being slammed. Wouldn’t be staying here again!
