Everything was great only bad thing is that it is not soundproof so sometimes you hear a lot of noise (people talking, cars from the parking lot underneath)

We appreciated our stay at Grand Marquez, it was very clean and comfortable. The room is on the smaller side, but this is okay because we chose a more affordable hotel that was still nice. Our only concern was that a few things needed repair like a hook in the bathroom and the shower doors had difficulty closing all the way. We would stay here again but would pay extra for a room with a veranda. The staff was very nice and helpful!

Rented the standard room and stayed there only for one day after realizing the bathroom was too small and room had no windows. Decided to upgrade to a room with balcony which was perfect. The size of the bathroom was also a good size which included a jacuzzi. The balcony view was very nice which let you take in a great view of San Juan de Los Lagos.

Safe and Clean

Overall stay was great and rooms clean. Rooms were a bit small, it was very loud, you can hear everyone. Key cards would reset every day so we had to go downstairs to activate them again. Hotel was safe and secured. I would stay there again but I would request 3rd floor rooms or the Marqueza Suite.
