"I have stayed in Laguna many times, but this was my first stay at Arabella. I booked the smallest studio, which was cozy, comfortable, and just perfect for me. Having a kitchen was so wonderful! It had everything I needed, and Pavilions market is just down the street. So much nicer that having to eat out the entire time. :) The garden is lovely and inviting, and it was quiet and peaceful during my stay. "This home was very beautiful and met the needs of our family who flew into the area for a family memorial service, Frustrations with no remote for main tv, continual problem with lock on master bedroom, old dog poop in yard, very loud birthday party next door until 1 am Sat. night were some problems that detracted from our overall stay in this home. "We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental.
