Clean rooms, great service, accommodating. Very noisy - on 3rd floor you can still hear people talking on the street. The motorcycles and truck drivers engine sounds are loud enough to keep you awake so bring ear plugs.

I always feel welcome and at home when I stay at Hotel Palma Real. Everyone at the hotel is always so nice and attentive. The food is great, and rooms are always clean. Plus, there are nearby buses to go anywhere.

Quiet comfort!

Very friendly reception and helpful staff. You can see that cleanliness is a top priority. The food was very good as well. They offer a secure, enclosed parking area that is monitored by cameras next to the hotel.

Staff was excelent! The only problem i had is that the A/C is not strong enough and can get a little hot. I was down at 2 am since i couldnt sleep and they gave me an electric fan and upgraded me to a suite that could regulate the temperature at will, still the A/C was a little lacking but it was enough for me to get comfortable. The hotel staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and the lunch/dinner options were very tasty. Overall I had a wonderful time at this hotel!
