Hotel Keluarga di San Jose

"The hotel was close to the airport like less than 10 mins away. The front desk staff was very accomodating. We were supposed to check in at 3pm but was allowed to check in early since we arrived at the hotel around 1230. They manage to give us a room around within an hour. Room was clean. Bed was soft. They have smart TV. Free wifi. Quiet. There is microwave, coffee maker, free coffee, fridge, cabinet for food. Alot of outlets! The room has iron and iron board. There's also laundry request....

"Clean room and spacious. Breakfast was good and plenty. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful."

"My stayed was wonderful."

"Pros: convenient location, clean, bed was comfortable , mirror lighting Cons: pillows were very flat, towels were sparse, bathroom layout was odd (hanging the wet towel over the toilet paper), shower pressure was low, breakfast seating area only had one “2 person” table-the rest was couches or group seating I’ve stayed at several other Hampton Inn and Suites…not my favorite but nothing major."
