Everyone was exceptional at this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Mariana devoted a good amount of time helping us with boarding passes, and Arturo (I think that was his name) in the hotel restaurant made our dinner meals much more enjoyable by his excellent service and upbeat personality. The included breakfast was terrific each time. No complaints and we’d return in a heartbeat.

This hotel is really in need of an overall. The linen is of poor quality, carpets are filthy, and room smells terrible. The curtains should be lighter. A better coffee machine should be placed in the rooms. Just a really low quality hotel. Staff are very pleasant, though.
