The only one that was helpful was the bell man. No one would text us when our room was ready, the bar didn’t open until 3pm and it closed at 10pm. We were there for the game. You guys lost out on revenue. The food did come out quickly so great job to the Chief and team in th kitchen

The hotel was not what I expected from Marriott branded hotel. It was tired. Better than your motel quality but left some room.
