Wonderful place, so quiet and relaxing during the week. You can lay on the beach and see endless miles of blue sky and ocean, the wave breaks will put you to sleep. The staff are darling and make hospitality their number 1 priority. The weekend brings in the occasional foul mouthed, in middle age crisis party girl, it can be pretty embarrassing to listen too. My only complaint is our bed was just a little too firm.

we only stay for one night, and we have dinner at the rooftop bar which is good. but after our dinner when we come back to our room, we just had phone call said on the next day from 10am-3pm they don't have any electric (no wifi no water )

I would like to mention that we made a phone call to inform our guests of this situation, as we are a five-star hotel and our guests' satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.Recently, the Mexican electric company notified us of an issue in their system that needed repair. Unfortunately, due to adverse weather conditions, the repair could not happen as scheduled.Therefore We never suspend any water or electricity services in the hotel.

I loved the resort views and cleanliness and how kid friendly it is. It just is really pricey for food and drinks and having kids around was not the best but over all it is a great resort food was good. I enjoyed myself everyone was so helpful as well.
