Beautiful property and great service for staff. Food is just okay, not great. Food menu should rotate on weekly basis. Same breakfast every other day. I get tired of the food adter 5 days.

Top notch resort. Food was great and staff could not do enough for you. Very relaxing, and calm. If you want a party and late night activities this is not for you. We had things to do and peace when we wanted it pickleball and tennis courts were on great condition, too bad they did not get a lot of use. Do not book tours thru the Concierge desk. We did a clear bottom boat tour. The boat was great no complaints. However the bus driver did not speak English and we did not get the pick up place. We thought it was where we were dropped off so we waited and missed time at the beach. Had to call the hotel to get correct info Use Expedia or trip advisor for tours

The property itself is gorgeous. The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was wonderful. What ruined this stay was the food. There were limited options on food and what was served was almost inedible. I wasn’t expecting gourmet food at an all inclusive resort, but I was expecting food that was worth eating. The best food we had the entire visit, was a regular hamburger for room service. Overall, it’s a gorgeous, quiet resort with great staff, just be prepared to stay hungry your entire stay.

Resort is beautiful and I’d go back strictly for the pool and views, food is not very good at all- nor drinks. We went off resort for food and drinks often and brought drinks back to pool because drinks have a very diet flavor to them. Pool staff was not very helpful. We asked for sliced pineapple and they told us they had none. Then we asked for jalapeños and they said they had none. Like the resort doesn’t have them… but then we ordered room service the next day and those are both options on the menu. Loved the resort, but if you’re lookin for good food and drinks look elsewhere.

I had high expectations from the hotel and it is not worth it, the pools are ice water, the food seems to me to be very limited and tasteless. I feel very disappointed in the hotel.

Let me say first the staff was excellent. The property was very clean and our room was beautiful. The dining options were awful. We didn’t like any of the food except the ceviche, the buffet breakfast, and the special dinner with the wine pairing which we had to pay $140 extra to enjoy it was the only really good food that we had at the property. we were sadly disappointed at the quality of the drinks at the bars they were very watered down and the basic wine options were absolutely awful. Again, like I said, the staff was superb very accommodating to any needs especially the concierge in the front desk but I expect decent food and drinks when I’m doing an all inclusive and this was a sad disappointment compared to the experience. We had two years ago in Cancun at Live Aqua.

This place is absolutely amazing! It's a large resort but not as large as the resorts in the surrounding area. The beach is on the other side of the pools and there is beach access right next to the pools. There are activities on the beach or somewhere around the resort every night. There were DJ's, buffets, rifle shoot on the beach, sporting activities, local entertainment brought to the resort. There are five different restaurants, and a breakfast buffet. The food served at any restaurant, at any time of day, including room service is beautiful and relatively healthy. The staff were so accommodating. Whenever we went to a restaurant or had catered service they would ask about food allergies. The staff remembered us! They knew our names and what allergies we spoke of. They offered substitutions for foods we weren't able to eat and the substations were as equally amazing as the regular dishes. I know it is their jobs to be polite but everyone we interacted with was genuinely happy to speak with us or help us. the resort is gorgeous! The property is so well maintained and landscaped. Everything was so clean and messes were taken care of as quickly as possible. It was so weird to spend seven days in paradise and not have to pay for anything! Yes, we paid long in advance but being there and not having to pay felt like everything was free! I highly recommend this resort. You will not regret your time spent there!!

The food and amenities were amazing. We have been to a number of all-inclusives. The food at the Marqui was the top of our list! There was also a nice cocktail bar that prepares high end cocktails, it was great. We would go back!

Resort was beautiful and very clean. The staff was amazing and very attentive, lots of room at the pools to relax and drink right by the water. The entertainment was also very pleasant.
