My sisters used this hotel every time they go to Cucuta. They always have a great time there and always talk about how fabulous the staff are with them.

The hotel is located near shops, restaurants and shopping mall. It is easy to walk to many of the suggested tourist sites in the city.

The only real problem was the staff lack of willingness to help and to provide a good service. I didn’t use it. I paid for my sisters from Venezuela to stayed one night. I wonder if the fact they were from an embattled country was the issue with their treatment. They told me to never get this hotel again.

Nice place close to downtown
I did a reservation for my parents! They love the place. Staff super helful and friendly. Owner always there helping out!! A give them 5out of 5! The only thing is they do not accept payment trough gateway. So if you do it for someone else. You better call the hotel days in advance...

Habitaciones comodas y limpias. Algunos detalles de mantenimiento en un lavamanos el cual tenia una fuga de agua. El personal es atento buena atencion. El desayuno muy limitado. En general es un buen hotel agradable.

En general la gente fue muy amable y colaboradora, aunque cuando llegamos no tenían habitación disponible para nosotros nos ayudaron a buscar una en un hotel cercano
