"Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light. The restaurant food was not great. "We stayed at Panariello Palace from May 7th until May 13th, and from the very beginning we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel is very clean, the hallways always smelled fresh, and our room smelled wonderful both when we arrived and throughout our entire stay. The reception staff were very helpful and always willing to think along with the needs and wishes of their guests. We didn’t get the opportunity to use my suggestion as you stay there for at least four days take the boat trip from Sorrento to Amalfi and Positano. That was suggested from the front desk and it was a great day."
