This resort measures up to a great stay by all means. We were very impressed with the amenities, cleanliness and food quality. Sara at the front desk was amazingly helpfu and friendly. we will stay again and refer many people to this Gem of a resort high had a great Spa, pool, restaurant and location.

This luxury property is located on a hill in the Tuscan countryside, accessible via a windind road so its not walkable or convenient to anything else. But the incredible views, scenery and indoor spa made up for that. Its the only 4/5 star hotel near San Gimigiano i could find and the front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was outstanding in every way. Friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The property is lovely and we had a spectacular view from our balcony. Food was plentiful and quite good. Highly recommend visiting this lovely resort!

Disappointing

2 nights stay. First impression was: we are entering what was probably a nice hotel in the nineties. Good: dinner on the large restaurant was excellent. Bad: the confirmed city view was not there. The extra noise insulated room was not that! Not so important for use but the wellness and spa area was only accessible 3 hours and thereafter we would be charged separately. Some guest had issues with that. The taxi service with which the hotel is collaborating does not accept credit cards

In dieser Unterkunft erlebt man die Toskana pur. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden ist ein Auto sinnvoll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und sehr sauber. Das Hotel, der Außenbereich sowie der Spa-Bereich sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely loved the experience we had with this spa villa! Beautiful grounds pools and dinning experience. Staff were very welcoming and always attentive. My only negative thought on this property would be the cost to using the spa at 40 euros pp not per room. Otherwise an exceptional stay!
