"Everything was excellent although I didn’t get to use my voucher . I notice my voucher once it was time to check out and not only that it expired the day before I check out."

"Hi, My husband and I stayed at the Green Tree Inn & Suites Alhambra last night 4/8 and unfortunately had a terrible experience. There was no electricity in the entire hotel, which we were not notified of before hand, and the desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we expressed concern, as we needed to do some work during our stay at the hotel. The man at the front desk said that because we only stayed one night, we were able to get a refund due to the circumstance and bad experience. Please help me get a refund started, as this was one is the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. "

"This was the best experience I had this year. The manager allowed me to stay 21 nights. It was an affordable small hotel with a clean, large room with a king bed. The staff, employees, and maids were first-rate. The TV channels were more Asian Variety. Parking was good. The air conditioning was good. Nice and quiet."

"This hotel is nice for the price and my stay was quiet, but unfortunately cleanliness was a major issue. The mattress cover had blood and urine stains, and it looked like it hadn't been properly washed. The sheets had hair on them and were clearly not fresh.The refrigerator was also dirty. I reported this to the front desk, and while I was moved to another room, it had the same issue.What was most concerning is the staff went back into the original room,quickly remade gust without properly cleaning it .I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of basic hygiene and sanitation. "
