"Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine. Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good."

"The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, rooms are clean and spacious pet friendly which was a nice plus, another highlight was that unlike other hotels we were able to leave bags at the concierge even after check out , it allowed for us to stroll around city at ease and not worry about that ..."
