They gave my room away claiming that they somehow got overbooked. They then said they had a room for me at a hotel 15 minutes away but turns out they had no rooms. They claimed that they contacted expedia customer service and that i would get an email and phone call for a reservation at a hotel in san jose - while I was driving to san jose (since I had already waited an hour in the lobby i wanted to get a head start on the drive). when i got to san jose to check my email there was no email. I tried calling the millbrae hotel and could not get anyone to speak with...same with your customer service - i could not get beyond the automated voice. Aside from the full refund I hope you can give me a good explanation of what happened on your end.....I expected to check into my reserved hotel at 12:30am and didn't end up getting checked into a replacement hotel (that I had to find myself) until 4am!!!!
