Given the age of the building, and being in downtown we weren't expecting much. But the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. We had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend

Very clean room and friendly accommodating staff. It's San Francisco, so the property has likely been around since they built the railroad. Overall it was a nice stay for what was paid.

Overall a very good hotel for the price. No issues with anything during our stay in March. The receptionist was extremely helpful and even allowed us to store our rental bikes for the night. The area is quite central and safe.

The building was old but very charming. I felt like i was in a movie every time i closed the gate to the elevator. The neighborhood was walkable and lots of food choices to be had. It was a very charming experience and we enjoyed our first stay in San Francisco.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days and had no complaints! The room has a TV, WiFi, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The staff is friendly and the hotel is not too far from Pier 39!

The last Room I had was fabulous. The room was on the 4th floor, so there was nobody walking overhead. It had a breakfast nook kind of window arrangement which made the room look larger. It was meticulously clean, both the bathroom and the bedroom. Loved it.
