What a great surprise. Hotel was very nice convenient to cable cars. I had a bad experience at a holiday inn in the past so this was not my first choice but this property really changed my mind. Staff was helpful and friendly

Every staff member was extremely accommodating and efficient, and there were always plenty of staff to serve behind the desk or as bellman, whatever was needed.
