"Eden Rock was the perfect oasis in Florence. Small with a very attentive staff, excellent food, and a pool worth spending hours at. The views are outstanding from the hills above Florence. Our room had its own terrace and we spent a lot of time there. One reminder is that it is away from the city center and it takes some planning to get there, however the staff is there to help."

"The hotel is amazing. The AC didn’t work in our room but the staff did everything in their power to fix it and it finally did work. The breakfast buffet was bad. They need to do way better. We’ve had better breakfast selections at a $150 per night hotel. Overall amazing though. "

"Très bon séjour, très bel accueil et la disponibilité de la réception. Seul gros bémol : petit déjeuner vraiment moyen…et si par malheur vous arrivez à 9:30 le buffet n’est pas réapprovisionné. Un conseil, vérifier les itinéraires pour accéder à l’établissement, notifier le centre ville de fiesole et une fois arrivé indiqué la villa. Cela vous évitera des sueurs froides dans les rues étroites de Toscane ! Nous recommandons cet établissement ! "

"Staff is so incredibly nice. I wish we could have stayed longer because with all we had planned we didn't get a chance to really walk around the farm. No A/C if that is a consideration for you, but we went in the fall so the temps were comfortable. "

"I booked this as a solo traveller and, even if I felt welcomed and everything was smooth, it is an inconvenient location specially to arrive during the evening or night when it gets dark. The buffet breakfast and all the staff were great, but I wouldn't go back as a solo traveller just because of the convenience and safety to get there by myself."
