"My favorite hotel stay to date. Pug Seal delivers in all aspects. Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful design in room and within the courtyard, peaceful and tranquil says it all. Recommend for any travelers looking for that elevated stay in Oaxaca. The staff helped plan day trips and also arranged airport transfers to and from. And the breakfast OMG was perfection. "This place is such a gem, is only blocks away from the historic downtown, restaurants, and bars. We didn't try the breakfast however we did have coffee in the rooftop, which is absolutely adorable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and mostly quiet. "

We were a little worried about it being right in the middle of town because of noise, but it was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again. The hotel staff is on their A-game for anything you need. The drivers for the hotel tours, Brian and Pedro, were also top-notch. They took us around town and made us feel extremely comfortable and at home."

"Casa Sofi is lovely. It’s beautiful and very centrally located. The welcome we received from the manager (Gerardo) was really special. And he was helpful in getting us a 2nd key to our room, and booking a taxi and a tour for us during our stay. We were there for a a week and could walk pretty much anywhere in town. We’d definitely come back to Casa Sofi. "
