"The property is currently under renovations however it is safe and you appreciate that they are taking care of the building and you can still enjoy the beautiful common areas and the beach is right across the street to walk too so it doesn’t get any better than that. "The views of the ocean and city were amazing. It was nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator to save money and not eat out all the time. Parking was free, which was also a bonus. The only negative is that it isn't a hotel, it's privately owned. There were no instructions on what to do with trash or what was expected for check out. Anytime you ask the front clerk they were nice but couldn't help. Their response was always, "contact the owner" but since we booked through Orbitz, we didn't have...
