This place was off the historic center, I enjoy the stay in the 2 bed apartment. To get to, it requires a narrow side walk walk. They offer a few parking spots but can be challenging to access if traffic is heavy. After 10pm, they lock the property and you have to hit a buzzer to get in. I was not informed about this so I thought I was locked out for the night until I saw a buzzer above head level. I had a good stay.

El cuarto muy cómodo pero al quedar cerca de la recepción se oía mucho el timbre en la madrugada y las voces. Además fueron dos veces a pedirnos que reacomodaramos el auto.

Agradable el trato del personal, llegamos 3 horas antes del check in y nos dejaron entrar anticipadamente sin problema, la habitacion esta bien en general excepto por dos aspectos, solo habia un enchufe electrico, por lo cual solo podiamos cargar uno de los tres celulares y una laptop que llevabamos, y el segundo punto negativo seria que al retirar las sabanas de una de las camas, encontre una enorme y desagradable mancha en el colchon, de ahi en general todo correcto, volveriamos de corregirse este ultimo punto, ya que no es un hotel precisamente economico. 7.5/10 -Bueno-

Me gusto el trato del personal de recepcion y lo que no me gusto es que no contaban con buena iluminacion por la noche en el comedor y parte de la entrada principal como tampoco el concepto del desayuno continental solamente ofrecen cafe con pan y manzanas, creo que le falta mucho para cumplir con un desayuno continental

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy lindas y limpias, la atención en general también fue muy buena, el único inconveniente fue una noche que no hubo agua caliente para bañarme y un desayuno que no me dieron porque bajé a desayunar a las 10.30 y aunque el desayuno era hasta las 11.00 ya se había terminado.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones!!!!

El hotel se encuentra a unos pasos del centro histórico, por lo que su ubicación es inmejorable. El hotel en general tiene un agradable y bonito diseño, la zona es muy tranquila, lo recomiendo.

Cold weather and no hot water. By the time we had warm water it was checkout time. Continental breakfast consisted of small sweet bread, coffee,tea and ripe bananas, a few apples.

Nice staff, noisy place

Staff were very nice to me each time I pointed out there was no hot water in the shower, and I was the only guest that week. Amazingly, it took until my last morning for the hot water to work properly. They did issue me with a refund.

Nos fue muy mal,comenzando por el precio que les pagamos anticipado,la tarifa del hotel es 50% menos de lo que ustedes nos cobraron,.anticipadamente,NOS DEVOLOVERAN EL DINERO DE$ MAS PAGADO?, para acabarnos, nos dieron las habitaciones al pie de la caldera de lavado de ropa, con un gran ruido,a las 8am y la apagaron a las 5 pm, los niños desesperados,no pudieron descansar.En la mañana no había agua caliente,.NO había desayuno no habia gerente, para reclamarle,en fin muy descuidado el hotel,

Vheap hotel locatef in the centre of San Cristobal with parking Great for sightseeing but was very old and basic We only returned to the hotel at 11pm in the night so was ok for us
