Las habitaciones están bien pero el servicio durante la noche es muy malo y el desayuno muy sencillo para lo que cobran, durante mis vacaciones me hospede en 7 diferentes hoteles y fue en el que la relación calidad precio, la atención y ubicación, dejaron mas que desear , la verdad no me volvería a quedar en ese hotel.

En general la atención buena, pero la de la encargada terrible muy déspota y mal servicio de su parte desde que llegamos dijo que nuestras reservaciones estaban canceladas loncual no era cierto, hasta que por fin después de una hora nos la entregaron, el precio es como de un hotel de 4 estrellas pero no lo es fisicamente, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

muy mal ubicado, lejos de todo, en el mercado o central de abasto, rodeado de basura la actitud del personal negligente y los baños descompuestos. no se los recomiendo por nada

Hotel CARO de cuando mucho 2 Estrellas

Hotel bastante malito, muy caro para las instalaciones , huele mal, toallas viejas, batallas para que te lleven más papel de baño, está en un barrio bastante feo , frente a un mercado, los contactos eléctricos no están aterrizados y si no llevas adaptadores ya valiste con rasuradora, secadora de pelo etc

Evita este Hotel a toda costa.

Busca otro inmediatamente! Es un hotel en malas condiciones, sin ninguna comodidad. Lo peor es el ruido, jamas descansaras. Se ubica al lado del mercado por lo que siempre hay musica, personas y trafico vehicular. Las paredes no tienen aislante puedes oir pasos, conversaciones y los ronquidos del huesped de al lado.

Escogí este hotel porque era la única opción que encontré por temporada alta el costo era como de 5 estrellas, las habitaciones el olor del baño era pésimo, en la alfombra y en las cobijas habían bichos, el personal eran dos niños de la region que eran los botones y también eran los meseros ( ellos no tenían la culpa) No lo recomiendo

la ubicación del hotel muy buena, pero le entraba demasiada luz de fuera a la habitación ya que las cortinas eran muy delgadas y el servicio de restaurante muy deficiente.

HOTEL DE PASO

Hotel mal ubicado y con reseñas engañosas (chequen el patrón de las reseñas "5estrellas" todos los usuarios tienen un mismo patrón de nombre), por eso la calificación aparece como "muy buena". Empecemos por la ubicación, ubicado a las afueras de San Cristobal (frente a un mercado o central de abastos). SI tu idea es ir a vender o comprar, entonces el hotel esta bien ubicado, pero si como la mayoría tu idea es pueblear en San Cristobal... NO es el indicado. Por la noche no hay NADA alrededor y las calles son obscuras. No es precisamente la idea de un hotel para turistear. Las instalaciones del hotel son... de mal gusto, pésimas, con colores muy folkloricos para dar la impresiòn en las fotos de ser un hotel "pintoresco" pero NO LO ES. Parece más bien un hotel de paso, donde la mayorìa de los clientes que había en el "lobby" eran camioneros... Las habitaciones con una disposiciòn inaudita (3 camas matrimoniales con vista a un cobertizo), alfombra de la más corriente. Toallas manchadas...

No vale lo que cuesta.

Los detalles importan. A quien hizo este hotel, no. La ubicacion es terrible, lejos de lo ue vale la pena de san cristobal para un viajero. La arquitectura es espantosa. Se ve que se quizo ahorrar dinero en todas las decisiones. Eso esta bien para un hotel que cobra 500 o menos, pero este hotel cobra mas de 1000. No lo vale.
