La ubicación es buena y las instalaciones están bonitas, pero el agua caliente nunca salió, el estacionamiento está un poco lejos, las almohadas son muy duras y el servicio de buffet no estaba funcionando aunque pues si estás en san Cristobal hay muy buenos lugares para comer 😁

Lo malo: las almohadas muy poco cómodas, los productos de limpieza como jabón y shampoo de muy mala calidad. Lo bueno: excelente ubicación, su personal no puede ser mejor. El ambiente agradable.

Hotel con excelente ubicación

El personal es excelente muy amables todos y dispuestos a ayudar. El restaurante tiene buena comida pero solo tienen servicio de desayuno. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias, lo malo es que son muy frias y el colchón es algo duro, hace falta mejores cobijas y almohadas para que la estancia sea excelente. La ubicacion es perfecta muy centrica. Es un hotel muy bonito

Todo bien el único detalle que no es en todas las habitaciones es que nos toco una habitación a un costado del Restaurante ósea abríamos el cuarto y nos podía ver acostados jaja se ve hasta el baño y eso es un poco incómodo por lo demás excelente

Muy buen ubicación y buena atención.

Uno de mis hoteles favoritos de San Cristobal hasta ahora, solamente que no te dicen HASTA LLEGAR AL HOTEL que dentro de sus políticas dice que tienes que dejar $1000 en efectivo o en tarjeta crédito/débito como un tipo de "seguro" y te lo regresan a la hora que desocupas el hotel. Afortunadamente llevaba efectivo de más.

Muy agradable hotel cerquita del Centro Historico

Mi estancia en el hotel fue una experiencia muy placentera desde mi llegada, el personal siempre fue atento, amable; tienen un restaurante donde la comida esta muy sabrosa, sus habitaciones son comodas y no habia necesidad de andar en auto porque su ubicacion permite recorrer y conocer la ciudad, a pie.

Loved our stay here!

Great 2-night stay, and perfect for relaxation. Lovely buffet breakfast served in the central area right outside our hotel room. This hotel is situated within a block walking distance to the plaza and other amazing walking streets. The hotel is beautifully furnished in the older colonial style with beautiful wooden doors and amazing architecture. Very quiet (only 8-9 rooms) and conducive to sound sleep even though it's in the heart of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
