El hotel no cuenta ni con estacionamiento, ni mucho menos con aire acondicionado, por lo que se menciona en los servicios que ofrece no son ciertos, las camas son un poco incómodas y el wifi es pésimo, mencionó esto porque la red de telefonía era inestable

Inesperado, cómodo y algo decepcionante.

Acorde a estar libre de ruido es excelente, la limpieza también. Hubieron detalles como el internet, que no llega en todas habitaciones, la regadera no tuvo presión, pero siempre hubo agua calientita. El único detalle es que no respeto los 4 días contratados, nos mandaron a otro hotel la última noche. La ubicación es estupenda y hay vigilancia todo el tiempo.

Buen hotel, excelente servicio pero con deficienci

El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, sin embargo los controles para la TV y para el cable no servían, los cambie y los otros no tenían baterías, después el baño no tenía jabón ni shampoo, todo lo demás muy bien, tiene muy buena ubicación.

Amanecimos sin agua, hubo que llamar 2 veces para que prendieran la bomba del agua. Solo tenían 2 cajones de estacionamiento para los clientes y estaban ocupados por vehículos del dueño y del empleado

とにかく周りの部屋の音がうるさい 風呂で歌を歌う声やら早朝又は夜中のバスに乗るためか、ドアの音、廊下を引きずるスーツケースの音など、安眠出来なかった

Bien si solo quieren dormir

Muy buena ubicación, a una cuadra del Mercado de artesanías, check in rápido, cama cómoda, sin embargo la iluminación de la habitación es pobre, el cable con fallas en la TV, aunque no lo use mucho el tiempo que lo utilice con muchas fallas en los canales, la recepción del wifi pésima, no llegaba hasta mi habitación y lo que llegaba decía que la contraseña era incorrecta, fui en dos ocasiones a reportarlo y solo me volvieron a dar el papelito con la contraseña. Es un buen lugar solo para pasar la noche.

Hotel ideal por su ubicación para conocer el puebl

Nos dejó una grata impresión ya que desde que llegamos la persona de recepción nos ayudo con las maletas y nos proporcionó la información que requeriamos del hotel y de la ciudad, los alimentos del restaurant de buena calidad y con un muy buen sazón y los precios son accesibles, la ubicación perfecta para poder visitar la ciudad y los alrededores y nos agradó que fuera cómodo el descanso ya que no habia ruido en la noche, lo vamos a recomendar ampliamente.

Good place to stay!

Wonderful! We did ask to move to an upper floor, so we could get more sun into our room. We would have liked coffee in our room every morning but they only provide it the first morning and we were there for a week. We will stay there again.

Hotel is in a good location. Not too far from the walking streets (Andadores) Nice hotel, water took 10 minutes to warm up after that it was very hot. However, water ran out very quickly. Room did not have enough toiletries and we had to request extra towels. No wifi in the room, you had to go to the main lobby to have access to the wifi. A computer was there for guest to use, but if you needed to print your boarding pass, you had to pay for each copy. If you only need a place to sleep, this hotel is good for that.

I like the convenience, simple but ample rooms, and restaurant. The wifi is strong in reception/restaurant, but iffy in the rooms. The hot water is sometimes just (barely) warm.

Bien ubicado

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es limpio pero es incómodo, las camas están muy duras, es frío y se oye todo lo que hablan en los pasillos y en otras habitaciones. Solo dejan botellas de agua el primer día y el restaurante no es bueno aunque es muy barato. No volvería pero lo recomendaría a quien quiera un lugar bien ubicado y no le importe la incomodidad.

Nice clean hotel w/restaurant

Nice hotel with large rooms off a central garden with an in-house restaurant with reasonable prices. The WiFi does not extend to all the rooms, so be sure to check before you unpack, if that matters to you.

No respetan las reservaciones!

Reserve 1 semana antes pidiendo habitación con 1 cama y me dieron con dos chicas. En la noche pedí extender la habitación 1 noche más y en la mañana me dijeron que tenía que salirme " porque en la madrugada se vendieron las habitaciones" Pésima atención de la recepcionista
