Lovely cosy place.

Great location, friendly staff spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen. Loved the balcony overviews the pool and sea. The only problem I found is there no hot water supply. Also you can hear the neighbours as the walls are thin.

El trato de las empleadas del alojamiento es esquisto. Muy educadas y amables. Ofrecen pan gratuito a diario. ¡Ojo! No hay aire acondicionado. Solo pude observar un acceso con escaleras, no hay ascensores y no localizar rampas para el acceso a personas con discapacidad física.

Nefasto.

Hice una reserva para 3 pers. y cuando llegamos estaba todo preparado para 2 (toallas, sillas balcón, detalles de bienvenida... todo). Debía haber sofá-cama y no lo había (era un sofá normal al que proponían sacarle los almohadones-respaldo y así usarlo como "cama de 80 cm"). La responsable se excusó insistiendo en que, normalmente, tenían reservas sólo para dos pers. y que era culpa de la web el que se hubiese aceptado una reserva para 3 (que ella no podía estar controlándolo todo). Luego fuimos viendo que había varios apartamentos preparados y ocupados por 3 pers. Además, esa responsable, de manera intrusiva, cuando nos recibió y dio las llaves entró al apartamento quedándose dentro, insistiendo inquisitivamente en normas, errores en la reserva por culpa de la web y otras cosas de 0 interés para nosotros, sin dejarnos que nos acomodemos al llegar y resultando incómodo y raro. El apartamento, en un primer piso, daba a un gran espacio de aparcamiento de la calle por el que pasaba un constante y elevado número de personas. Acabamos colgando toallas del balcón para preservar nuestra intimidad. En 3 noches, no se limpió ni se cambiaron las toallas ni una vez, además, cuando pedimos que lo hicieran, la responsable se excusó diciendo que, como normalmente sus reservas eran para más de 3 noches, no se les había ocurrido hacerlo. Durante toda una mañana de un día en plena ola de calor, la piscina estuvo inhabilitada por un aparato de limpieza enchufado a la luz. 0 recomendable.

Maspalomas Pride

Upon arrival we had to wait as the owner did not reply to any calls to the numbers provided. That was a bad start. However, then Chantal turned up and was extremely nice and made up for a lot. The garden and the pool is super nice, and the location is excellent, calm yet close to the beach and services. We might be back. Also, as our flight was late so they allowed us to stay in the room until 17h on our check out day. That was really nice and considerate.

Apartamento tranquilo y cerca de la playa

El complejo es muy tranquilo y se encuentra cerca de la playa. Los apartamentos de la tercera planta tienen unas excelentes vistas de las dunas. Amplio aparcamiento cerca. Piscina con hidromasaje y hamacas con colchonetas. El trato de Chantal es muy agradable y el pan todas las mañanas es un buen detalle.

Apartamentos un poco anticuados y con poco mantenimiento. La ducha se atascaba, la wifi no funciona y el "desayuno incluido" son dos barras pequeñas de pan colgadas del picaporte por la mañana.

Appartement liegt nahe der Strandpromenade

W-Lan ist nur bei der Rezeption in Funktion. Die Baustelle(Neubau eines Hotels) hätte gemeldet werden müssen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Sehr laut durch nicht passende Türen

Cosy little hotel

Great location near the dunes, shopping center and communications (taxi and buses). Friendly staff (particularly Chantal in the reception). Homely atmosphere. Only critics is that people walking by on the street sometimes stop staring at you if your room is on the first floor.
