Struttura con un rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto, nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene anche se la struttura a mio avviso ha ampi margini di miglioramento. Il villaggio è molto bello e ben tenuto, le camere sono grandi e confortevoli, la pulizia iniziale ha lasciato un po' a desiderare, da rivedere l'aria condizionata che non è regolabile e/o introdurre dei sistemi di sicurezza che ti consenta di dormire con le finestre aperte. Il ristorante è di cucina internazionale, non male. Se non si hanno troppe pretese un buon posto per alloggiare.

Bra vistelse

Stort och rymligt hotellområde med flera pooler (uppvärmda). Stora och fina rum på marknivå, med egen terrass. Väldigt bra ställe för familjer med barn då aktiviteter och lekytor är många. Lugn och skön stämning och många solstolar vilket gör att det är enkelt att hitta sitt egna utrymme. Trevlig personal och ca 20 min promenad ner till krogarna vid Meloneras.

Sehr schöne Anlage, (je nach Lage des Zimmers , können die Fußwege lang sein)! Nur ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand (Oasis) ! Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber.(Leider keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer) genervt war ich von den Animateuren am Pool ( waren immer höchstens 10 Leute die mitgemacht haben und der Rest der Gäste musste leiden ) Super gratis parken vor der Anlage ! werde wieder kommen, mit Ohrstöpsel für den Poolbereich (jammern auf hohem Niveau). Sehr schöner Aufenthalt war’s insgesamt !

Good room, everyong else poor

Booked a 6 bed villa for 3 of us. 2 double bedrooms, 2 baths, lounge all clean and comfortable. Suitable for 4 but not great for 6 as 2 have to sleep in the lounge. The food is really bad, low quality cheap ingredients cooked badly. Same food every meal, very bland served in a noisy school canteen type room pics attached. The pool area is good until the gardeners start and the shockingly bad entertainment team ruin everyone's day. They can't understand that when the PA is set to max volume you don't need to scream into the mic. They are all talentless, intrusive and clearly don't realise that when no one wants to participate they should stop, videos attached put volume on. Watch out for an issue at reception. They run 2 credit card machines from 2 different banks. Even when you pay in euros one of the machines charges in GBP and adds a 7.9% markup.

Good location - good for families

The resort was busy and the staff in the restaurant in particular overworked. We had often finished our dinner before the staff took drink orders. The food was good quality - always freshly cooked meat and fish , salads and vegetable, cheese as well as theme nights. Queues at reception the norm- we checked in late and were scarcely shown a map of where the room was. The entertainment was not to our taste but difficult to avoid due to in being in the restaurant in the evening . Kids rule here - running around the bars with little care for others .Teenagers we paid full adult price for but with no effort to entertain them . The location is fantastic with access to the dunes adjacent The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and spacious if dated. Lots of hot water and towels.

Vackert hotell på lagom avstånd till stranden

Mycket trevlig vistelse på det vackra hotellet. Att poolerna var uppvärmda var en oväntad bonus. God frukost, bekväma sängar, fin uteplats. Bra kök, som vi i och för sig aldrig behövde använda.

Terrible serviece, room condition and cleaning.

After more than 30 years of traveling, we never complain, but this was horrible. The room wasn't close to clean, there were aunts and spiders everywere, the electronics did not work, the cupboard door fell of, the room key stopped working all the time and worst of all; the service was by far the worst we have experienced in every aspects. We were met by unfriendliness, moaning, information that they were understaffed and all the time promises that wasnt kept. The cleaning stations in the restaurant is placed in the middle, so it is so noicy you have to scream to hear each other. They cleared the table every time we went to supply some addition to our breakfast, the staff is very stressed and in general unfriendly. We had planned to stay for 16 days, but after 13 days we purchased new flight tickets and went home earlier than planned. The standard of this hotel, is in our opinion very far from 4 star in our experiences traveling world wide. In additon the service level is bottom point, so until the hotel and staff have solved this, we recomend to try another hotel in Maspalomas/Playa del Ingles.

Una estancia corta de 2 n9ches, pero me encanto el hotel. Soy resudente en Canaria y he probadi muchis establicimientis llos ultomos 15 años. Y es uno de la categoria que ha retenido mi atención . La ub8cacion, el jardin, las instalaciones, super tranquilo de noche. Las instalaciones. El unico bemol seria qye el Aire condicionado ne functionaba birn y hacia muchisima calor en l8 habitacion, por su exposicion permanentr al sol. Si tuvirra que quedar une semana habria pedido a cambisr d3 habitacion

Familie på 4 . Fornøyd med rom og service . Maten på all inclusiv var og bra. Kaldt på rommene på kveld Og natt i januar mnd eneste da de ikke har heating. Noe som var litt problrmatisk med tanke på vi reiste med spedbarn.

OK pakke-rejse hotel i all-inclusive område

Et dobbelt-hotel meget fokuseret på familier med små børn og all-inclusive pakkerejser. * Placeringen er ca. 1 km. fra strand og strandpromenade. Ca. 300 m. til Maspalomas Dunes naturområde (strandklitter). * Meget stort (300+ rum), men alt i eet plan. * Udendørs områder pæne * Pools opvarmede, men "kun" til 21 grader => meget få der brugte dem * 2x små vandland "på land". Ingen vandrutchebaner eller andet. Godt for små børn. * Daglig entertainment, lagt an på børn i alderen 4-10 år. Nærmere 4 end 10. * Hotel-stil lidt 90'er-agtig. Virkede dog ikke slidt * Meget få skandinaver. Mange englændere / tyskere / hollændere. * Villa viste sig at være 1/4 bungalow med meget trist spare-belysning indendørs og begrænset varmt vand. * Villa havde fint køkken (til forskel fra Suiterne der var uden køkken). * Half-board = buffet morgen og aften. Variation meget begrænset.. * På trods af at det var "fuldt booket" da vi var der, virkede resortet relativt tomt. * Ikke noget at se i Maspalomas. Mange store all-inclusive resorts med få aktiviteter udenfor resorts => begrænset med restauranter og "spansk hygge" i nærheden. Intet autentisk spanskt i Maspalomas. Overall - fint nok, men meget langt fra lige så lækkert som et 4-stjernet hotel i Thailand.,

I liked the good location near the beach and seaside. Excellent location to start for cycling. The suite was spacious. We had a problem with a leakage from the tap bath, however the staff were very good in sorting this out. Food was great.. plenty of food variety, also good fresh fish every night was on the menu! Thank you

L'établissement est bien situé, proche de la plage de Maspalomas. Il est adapté aux familles avec enfants. Le domaine est calme. Le restaurant est très bruyant, des files d'attente se forment pour se servir (par exemple aux machines à café, lait...) et les assiettes manquent souvent à l'appel. Le bar de la réception n'est pas ouvert et donne une impression de vide sur la première terrasse au-dessus du restaurant et pourrait être mieux utilisé en cette période.
