Privelege suits are worth every cent.

I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

This hotel was a major disappointment and does not deserve its 4-star rating. Food: Very poor quality and little variety. Salads and bread were often old, and the food overall was not fresh. The afternoon “snack” consisted of leftover croissants from breakfast, while waffles, crepes, and fresh juice were only available at an extra cost. Even basic cocktails like margaritas were not included in the so-called “all inclusive” package, which offered only a very limited selection of alcoholic drinks. Service: Terrible. Getting something as simple as a glass of water was a hassle—you either had to walk to the pool bar or wait until the restaurant opened (no water available before 18:30!). Towels could only be exchanged between 10:00–12:00, and since we went sightseeing in the mornings, we had to reuse dirty towels. No coffee or tea was available in the afternoon or evening unless you paid extra for a Nespresso for 2 euros! Facilities: The kids’ pool and mini-disco were nice, but for adults, there was little to do—no entertainment or club activities after 23:00. Rooms on the left/right wings were extremely noisy. Positive note: The staff did send me a bottle of champagne for my birthday, which was a kind gesture. Overall, I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts at least six times, and this was by far the worst experience. The quality was closer to a 2-star hotel, yet the price was nearly the same as a proper 5-star resort. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Et alright opphold

Litt småslitt, men fremstår allikevel fint. Noe kakerlakker rundt omkring (observert mest i matsal). Maten/all inclusive ikke helt det store - litt kjedelig og ikke den beste kvaliteten. Også veldig mye som ikke er inkludert i all inclusive. AC på rommet er ikke noe å skryte av. Det finnes, men virker ikke særlig bra. Treningsrommet er ok utstyrt, men et par apparater var i ustand gjennom hele mitt 2 ukers opphold (obs ingen AC på treningsrom, blir meget varmt). Fremstår å være nok solsenger og plass til alle, sjeldent det var trengsel verken der eller på spisesteder.

Flott hotell komplex,god mat og fantastisk snack bar som komplimenterer opplevelsen.Likte godt at vi fikk besøke de eksterne restaurantene hvor det er mindre folk osv.Husk å bestille tid.Renhold og ryddighet på topp nivå.Alltid folk som hjelper og rydder under måltidene.Bassengområdet var bra,med mye solsenger.Kan anbefale en dag eller to på øyen med dobble solsenger av topp kvalitet.Eneste som trekker ned er litt harde senger

I would not recommend the hotel. Service at the front desk was unpolite. For the whole stay We didn’t feel we were appreciated. The bed was hard and the walls thin. A lot of families with small kids.

Fantastisk!

Utmerket hotell! Hadde ikke forventet et så bra hotell for den prisen. Og mat og drikke er inkludert. Stappmett hele tiden. Og for et utvalg på bufeen, både frokost, lunch og middag. Show og div. aktiviteter hver dag. Skal tilbake ved en annen anledning! Eneste minuset, som egentlig bare er en bagatell er at alle palmene gir skygge over store deler av solsengene og man må flytte seg rundt for å få sol.

-Siisteydestä pidettiin hyvää huolta. -Osa henkilökunnasta ystävällistä, osa vaikutti tympääntyneeltä. -Altaiden vesi oli kylmää tammikuussa. Lämmitettyjen altaiden vesikään ei ollut kovin lämmintä. -Mahtava vesipuisto lapsille, mutta siinäkin saisi olla lämpimämpi vesi. -Valtava hotelli, etäisyydet pitkiä. -Pääravintolassa kova meteli. -Ruoka näytti herkulliselta, mutta oli melko mautonta. -Paljon monipuolista ohjelmaa pitkin päivää.

Hotelli on todella iso, paljon perheitä ja lapsia jonka vuoksi oleskelu ja etenkin ruokailut olivat rauhattomia. Ison koon takia ainakin meidän huoneesta oli pitkä matka joka paikkaan. Sijainniltaan hotellil on hieman syrjässä kaikkialta. Ilta-ohjelmat aika surkeita. Ruokaa ei hirveästi voi kehua maultaan, toki vaihtoehtoja oli runsaasti. Kaksi erikoisravintolaa olivat hyviä. Kalaa oli paljon tarjolla. Kahvia ainoastaan aamupalalla maksutta. Yleissiisteys ihan hyvä, joskin paikoin ränsistynyt/vanha. Lapsiystävällinen hotelli.

Ett väldigt trevligt och barnvänligt hotell. Jättefint hotellområde med fina pooler och roliga aktiviteter. Bodde här med små barn (9 och 4) och hade all inclusive. Maten är bra och det finns väldigt mycket att välja på. Många olika pooler och ett fint vattenland för barnen. Miniklubb och mini disko för barnen. Trevlig personal överallt och väldigt hjälpsam. Det fanns två tema-restauranger som ingick i all inclusive. Man kunde inte boka innan man var på plats ändå var det fullbokat i båda hela vår vecka. Vi blev otroligt besvikna över detta. Till slut kunde vi klaga oss till en kväll på den ena men denna upplevelsen förstörde väldigt mycket av vår upplevelse så räkna inte med att få plats där, känns mer som att man har dessa som lockbete. Det som också skulle kunna bli bättre är: * Poolerna är uppvärmda men upplevs ändå kalla * Minidiskot kl 20 är väldigt sent för de minsta barnen * Nuggets borde finnas i den stora restaurangen som ett alternativ hela tiden * Hade varit trevligt med musik vid poolen * Långa köer vid viss mat i restaurangen Det vi uppskattade mest: * Trevlig personal * Stort utbud av mat * Fint utbud av dryck * Mysigt och fint hotellområde Jag skulle inte åkt hit utan barn då det är väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och hög ljudvolym men med små barn var det helt perfekt.
