Property was nice and the location for the event we attended was excellent. Only complaint was the add on expedia said would slesp 11 but after booking i discovered that the price was only for 4 on the add. Read the fine print before booking for more

The house was very comfy and clean, We had kitchen supplies, bedding was perfect, communication with the host was extremely good. We had the privacy we needed. Thank you so much, will definitely stay here again.

Even though the neighborhood is a little sketchy, this cute home served its purpose for myself and my children. We were in town for the state basketball tournament and were able to save over $30 in parking fees since it was close enough to walk. It has a rustic charm to it. It had plenty of towels and sleeping space. I had no problem whipping up breakfast for my family. I'm glad they had a washer and dryer, too. The only complaint would be the time it took for the shower water to warm up. There was also a bad thunderstorm our first night there. Water came through the window seal in the back bedroom as well as around the backdoor. I cleaned that up and informed the management team. It is definitely an older home, but I think that's what we enjoyed the most. I enjoyed our stay. I will definitely consider this again if our team makes it back to state int he future.

Felt unwhelcomed after reading rules. Only one roll of toilet paper per bath, told to go to Heb to get more if needed. Super small towels and not enough. Have to do chores plus pay for cleaning service. Too early of checkout and will not allow even an extra hour. Left house super clean and still took 5 days to recieve large deposit back. It never went on my Credit Card as a pending transaction, it actually cleared my account. Neighborhood was sketchy but inside was beautiful.

This house was the perfect stay of your going anywhere downtown, the place was super clean and comfortable. Definitely looking forward to another stay there very soon.
