The room was neat and clean. The staff was very helpful in getting new batteries for the tv remote. Breakfast was ok; however, I would add Chesse, Eggs, Bread to the menu. The cereals are too sweet for a Diabetic customer. Thank you for a restful stay!

Great location, easy to get to. Clean, convenient. Facilities look good. Very good value for your travel dollar. The only thing they can improve is the refrigerator set in the room-was a bit worn and hard to open.

Kindness of strangers

I will say that the kindness and understanding the good folks here had, came at a time when I was at a low point. The place is lovely, clean and well maintained. The only bummer was the dryer was not working so I had soggy clothes but even that little hiccup did not take away from the good experience I had overall.

I only stayed here one night, but overall the room was clean. However whenever I was about to climb into bed, I noticed a hair on the top blanket. The guy at the front wasn’t the friendliest but at least you were able to check in and get to your room. I probably won’t stay here again but it is a good place to stay if you are on a budget or were able to book it for free using your points like I did.

While checking in the front desk attendant wasnt very friendly. There was a guy standing nearby constantly watching us making us feel uncomfortable. Rooms were alright for what we paid. Front desk people seemed to have attitude when my daughters forgot their key and had to get a temp to get in their room. Breakfast was ok with the only options being either waffles or cereal. Not all the amenities were there. They said they have a snack bar/deli but they do not. They only have vending machines. We saw a roach in our rest room, and the hallway needed a vaccuum. The best service we recieved was while checking out. There was an older gentleman who took good care of us. All in all they stay was ok, but we wont be staying there again.

Well, this place has better vibes but less cleanliness..there used to be a smell… its gone so thats cool.. the receptionist was cool & polite. it is in the ‘Hollywood park’ area.. i suppose they feel like Windcrest in 2003🙄, so driver beware..

This property booked my room out after my flight was delayed. Mind you I was traveling with a 1 and a 5 year old and our plane was delayed. We did not end up getting in until 3am we were all really looking forward to having a bed to sleep in after traveling for so long. When we got there the lady at the front desk she tried to contact me but didn’t have my number. When I booked I put all information in that was required.. the lady started to raise her voice and said I needed to listen because she couldn’t call me if she didn’t have my number even though they require you to put all your info in when you book. This place is trash!
