The house didn't feel the cleanest. My family had to reclean all the kitchenware before we used it. There was a chair being held together with a zip tie, the bunk bed held up with a piece of wood, multiple blinds were broken, the sink clogged and the counter wasn't even attached to the wall so it was moving. For just needing a place to stay it worked, but the area around is a lot of abandoned houses. It needs a lot of fixing up/retouches.

This property is grossly misrepresented! It’s a shared bungalow meaning it’s divided into two rentals . Properties condition is poor broken concrete … stairs falling apart… broken gate . Front door entrance off city sidewalk, kitchen cabinet falling off hinges, washing machine broken. Too much to tell…. Poorly maintained. This property is in East San Antonio … terrible area ! Homeless and drug users roaming around … people dumping couches and other trash items beside the house. No owners available .. it’s all a vacation property company handling things …. Without even knowing the property . Managers told me the rental was fine …. I left property accepted nothing would be done and loss of $600 ( no cancellation or reimbursements ) This place was not going to ruin my first trip to Texas … found a nice place downtown! Do not be fooled by this joint … it’s a dump .

Terrible!

Terrible people! Winter storm kept us from making our trip. San Antonio was completely shut down by ice and snow They wouldn’t refund a dime. Don’t stay here! I wouldn’t trust them to do honest business.

House was extremely clean, very nice furniture! I felt like home. They even have us some kitchen utensils for us to cook. Comfortable bed, nice sheets. Thanks for leaving us coffee. We loved it. I definitely will book here next time.

It’s in a pretty nice neighborhood. I love how close it is to downtown. The house is nice and updated. I really wished the house had central but we managed. I think my main complaint would have to be the bed in the master room. It was super uncomfortable. The owners are amazing and responded super fast!

La casa está muy céntrica y fácil de llegar. Es una casa remodelada y dividida en dos, así que la primer noche tuvimos muchos ruidos del huésped de al lado. Las siguientes noches muy tranquilas. Es un barrio seguro. La cocina no está equipada con utensilios para cocinar. Así que si piensas cocinar por lo menos el desayuno, no hay sartenes. Las fundas de las almohadas estaban rotas, en general creo que los que administran las propiedades deberían de tener cuidado en ese tipo de detalles. El tren pasa muy cerca y en la noche se oye muy fuerte Buena opción para alojarse. Muy cerca de Álamo Dôme
