We were on Floor 15 out of 17, the hotel is extremely quiet to be so large. The balconies were smallish but that’s a minor thing. Rooms and bathrooms clean. We didn’t even see a fly or any other common bug in the hotel.

We told the mgr twice about the water that was filling up in the shower when we were taking shower due to the drain being clogged. Was never fixed.. Also, the hall way smelled like weed. When we told the property mgr about this he seemed not to worried. Ashamed of this property. We have stayed at plenty of Embassy suites but this one would not be recommended at all.

Customer service was by far the best we have ever had. We did not want for anything the whole time we were here. Breakfast was perfect!

Location to Riverwalk was good. Didn’t need a car because everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance.

Checking in was quick but when we got to our room the room had not been cleaned. I immediately called the front desk and they gave us another room. We loved the breakfast. Our stay was very pleasant. We are more likely to stay here again if we come back to San Antonio.

The room we had had a balcony that overlooked the river walk. It was a great view. It also had a happy hour!! They gave you 2 free well drinks or draft beer. The breakfast buffet was included also and was great it had an amazing omelette station and a wide variety of other breakfast foods and drinks. The staff was friendly!! I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very outdated and in much need of maintenance. Breakfast and happy hour were good, but the rooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded.

I would NOT stay at this hotel again. My room was not ready when I checked in.. and then the receptionist provided me with the WRONG information about my event. The elevator did not work and I was on the 11th floor. All guests were using the service elevator. The hotel restaurant "Range' has very frw choices and food is mediocre to say the least.The breakfast was okay. Over all i wouldn't stsy there again and I don't recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location on the river walk. My only complaint is I was on the 7th floor and the day we check in the elevators break down. Still wasn’t working this morning. I had my daughter in a wheel chair. They had us using the service elevator which is great but the line to get on and off the service elevator was horrible. About a 30-45 minute wait to go up or go down. For the price of a room you would think they would give there guest some kind of discount, especially the elderly and handicapped. Alot of guests were using the stairs. This hotel has 17 floors mind you.

I had such a great experience at this hotel with my family. We were in proximity to everything. The valet was a little pricey but worth it. We actually didn’t drive as much because everything was in walking distance. Overall the breakfast was awesome, front desk and valet service had great service. We will definitely book the next time in San Antonio.

Our staying at the property was very nice, Bryan the front desk manager helped us with the issue we had with our room, he gives us a nicer room and was very helpful. The housekeeping staff Ana she was very nice and cleaned out our rooms really nice and very clean. I loved our staying and we looking forward to come back again soon to this property.
