The beds were old and uncomfortable. The shower had a crack in the bottom that you could easily cut your foot on.

I was somewhat disappointed with the change from La Quinta to Comfort Inn. The service was ok! what disappointed me the most was the complimentary breakfast. Food was cold the eggs, sauage, etc. Mind you they had no milk for the cereal. Food was limited. People for their lodging a pretty good penny and i think that the majority of people expect to have a good complimentary breakfast. Room service beds were not made, the good thing they picked up the trash. Room key i had to have it changed twice and still did not work. We had to wait until 9:30 a.m. the next day because they had no one to re program the keys. Long story i ended up with 1 key re program master. Hotel had water leaks in the lobby. Whoever took over this hotel is doing a poor job in maintaining the maintenence on it. I will move to another hotel.

Property was ok and so was location. However the staff and management were rude and straight up liars. They told me they had a new policy for taking deposits that was hand written on a torn out piece of paper. They I had to pay cash out I couldn’t stay there nor would they refund my stay because o didn’t have cash to pay deposit. Then when I called Expedia they told the rep that I refused to pay deposit even though I gave the lady my id and credit card. They also had a sign stating they ONLY took credit cards for deposits per state law. I will not stay at another Comfort in and suites because of this and I travel a ton.

Overall our experience was awful. When we got to our room, the card reader wasn’t working. Took 2 attempts with the staff to figure out the lock wasn’t working. Inside the bathroom painted was worn & pealing. The ice machines weren’t working except on the 4th floor. At breakfast the coffee machine wasn’t working either. While walking through the lobby I overheard a conversation from a guest who was checking out and he wasn’t pleased. Said it took him 4 rooms before he could get settled in. Issues include no heat/hot water. Housekeeping was not present. The same trash in the hallways & elevator was there the next couple of days. Outside there were bags of personal trash, cans, & beer bottles. If you need a roof overhead this place will work, otherwise I would definitely recommend you keep looking.

The rooms are decent to sleep in for a few hours. Unfortunately i was with the family and some things were not up tk standards. They do not have a maitenance crew on staff. Our AC in our room wouldnt turn off even after pushing OFF button. They had noone to fix it, and didnt have another room to give us. Walking out of our room there was papers and cutips in the hall. Plus missing lock buttons on bathroom door.

Gave me a room that was unsanitary had human wast in the bathroom and stains all over the sheets on my bed bath tub had dirt and mud laying in it, told the front desk lady and was given poor rude service and felt not safe to stay at the hotel, manager wasn’t their and when I asked to talk to him on the phone was declined even though the front desk lady was on the phone with him infront of me I want my refund I spend almost $1200 for 2 weeks to spend time with my family in my home town city after being stationed for 4 years in Alaska away from home in the army I saved up my money I worked for working for the army to then be treated like trash when I come back home. It’s a disappointment I was told I won’t see a single penny of what was stolen from me from the hotel front desk, manager and expedias phone service. I will take this to court if I have to this is wrong I didn’t spend a single night at this hotel I showed up asked for my refund and left I had to book at another hotel

Terrible Hotel- Do Not Recommend
Terrible hotel. Room was very disgusting- bedding was dirty and had hair on the pillows and sheets, black mold in the refrigerator that didn’t even work, black mold on the AC vent, carpet was not vacuumed, sticky substance on the night stand and one of the foot stools, hair on the bathroom floor, tub was not clean and was corroding, housekeeping disregarded our Do Not Disturb sign in the morning and tried to get the latch open after unlocking the door and trying to get into our room. I was in the shower at the time and my child saw her trying to get the latch off using a room key card. The hallways are filthy, the tiles broken, and the coffee machine did not work. We changed our own bedding and went to the store for Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. I will never stay here again and do not recommend.

The room was dirty, the lock inside was broken, I asked to repair it, they only said yes, I asked them to clean the room, especially the entire bathroom floor, they didn't do it, they didn't clean the bathroom, they didn't take the garbage, no They made the beds, only one day they changed towels and took out trash and that's because I asked for it, I won't return to any of this chain

Filthy restroom.
Not a pleasant view as you walk in the restroom a pubic hair. I can smell the dirt. I complaint and the manager came and asked housekeeper to clean better. The toilet did not flush properly we had to use the restroom bucket to fill up the tank , so it can flush better.

We got to the room and the bed sheets were stained and very dirty. They gave us another room and the sheets were still noticable dirty. The ice machine didn't work. The lady in front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Our bathroom needed repairs or were in the middle of repairs. One of lights in our room did not work. The doors on the hotel rooms were dirty. The breakfast was nice. The beds were shaky and felt like we could break the them.

One guy in the staff is a mean guy. We had one candle lit because the room smelled like bleach and they knocked on our door a lot of times to blow it out! Then we had fairy lights on the headboard she made is take them down. Party poopz! Never again at that place

Staff were great and kind. We were checked in a bit early since we were just sitting outside waiting. Elevator wasnt working so they gave us a first floor room which was great cause husband smokes. Room had stains on the floors but was overall ok. Shower water pressure sucked but was hot. Bed was super comfy i slept great. Tv was going out had a blue hue to it that we couldnt get rid of, as long as we didnt watch black and white its ok. Ice machines were broken other the the one on the 4th floor (elevator broken). Breakfast was horrible but we didnt book for that. For the price my husband and I still loved our stay we saved money with the price and could splurge elsewhere. It was quiet, close to eveything we were going to do, and bed was comfy.
