Great property. Location was perfect, facilities on point. Customer service was lovely, BUT I was just interested in staying the 2 nights as booked, bot being pressured to do the timeshare sales pitch. Valet parking service was excellent.

We loved our stay at club Wyndham. This is a timeshare style hotel, we are lucky and found it on Expedia for three nights. I loved how the rooms had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a bedroom. It's hard to find that in San Antonio. I am already trying to book my next stay. It seems hard to get more than two or three days unless you're part of the timeshare program with Wyndham. I would love to get six to seven nights in October. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The valets guys were very good, they had my car ready whenever I needed it, very friendly and hard working guys.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here for NYE 24 for our 17th anniversary. It was a great time. There were s’mores earlier in the evening and champagne on the roof top pool deck at midnight, wasn’t expecting any of that. The staff was great, the room was very clean, valets were great, it’s a great location, just wonderful over all in my opinion.

Good stay

Good hotel. They do push the timeshare a little bit but they aren't overly aggressive or at least they weren't with me. The same person also showed us some great places to eat as well. There was a minor maintenance issue while we were there, but it was out of their control and they handled it as fast as they could.

Didn’t have balcony right on the river side but very nice to sit outside at night or morning with beverages and people watching. Everyone was very nice and friendly and valet parking staff was great. Ended up sitting through a two hour presentation re: timeshare opportunity but other than that it was a great experience Easy access to river walk and Southtown restaurants and breweries

San Antonio in early March

Nice place! Comfy bed and quiet. We did have to move due to a leaking a/c unit that soaked an area of the carpet. Then the ice maker of the unit we moved to was not working, but we were given a 5 lb bag of ice to remedy that.

Great experience for families

Excellent resort, I love how roomy it is. Ours is a 1 bedroom suit. Comfortable sleeping 2 adult on the king bed. I did had a blow up twin size mattress for my 10 year old son, and worked out perfectly. We stayed for 5 days, no one clean the room or take the trash out, I wish they would at least make my bed and change out the towels. The only inconvenience is my husband is 6’5” and the shower is very tight and small for him. I can barely bend over myself. Wish it was a full size shower instead of the narrow square kind. Pool was fantastic, we were up there every night.

Booked thought Expedia...cancelled my reservations the day before I was to fly out and check in. Only gave me one choice for replacement stay and it was way sub par in comparison. And honestly should have gotten money back as the 2 properties were not comparable value. Will never attempt to book there again,very disappointed.
