I particularly liked the fact that there was covered and secured parking at the back of the property and the boarding was perfect for 2 people overnight. Short distance from the riverwalk and traffic in the neighborhood was light

The apartment itself is nice but if you get there after dark it is very dark &you have to walk up a staircase that is poorly lit. To reach the location to park you have to drive thru a dark alley where there are run down homes that looked like junk yards and people gathering about-almost looked like homeless camps.
