"Muy normal , nada fuera de lo común"

"Great location and a quiet neighborhood. Clean apartment and"

"Well-equipped apartment in the centre of Madrid. Location was excellent, we were able to cook and do laundry and property is kept exceptionally clean. Will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Madrid."

"The room was nice, but it was so dark. Would be nice to have a couple of extra lights so I could actually see."

"Great staff and clean rooms"

"Breakfast staff were not pleasant or helpful. All egg dishes came out cold. Hotel room was adequate but not great."

"Clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Shops and touristic points nearby and walkable."

"The unit was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a kitchen. One of the bedrooms was facing the street so it was very noisy at night even with a sound machine. En particulier, un gros merci à Noémie pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils précieux. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très complet. Un séjour parfait ! Nous y retournerons…"

Breakfast was above average. I chose it since my son was staying there for a semester abroad."

"We enjoyed our stay with Hotel Preciados. The hotel is located within walking distance from Gran Via, a central location for shopping and food within Madrid. The staff at Hotel Preciados were extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. The room had everything that we needed including shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and an iron & iron board. One thing to note ; the doors to the bathroom in our room were glass/transparent (this seemed to be common across our hotels in Spain). Also, it...
