"We had a great experience at this resort. The property is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive, which made our stay even better. Since the resort is very new, there are still a few things that could improve, but it has a lot of potential. "The first room they had me in was on the first floor, the balcony door would t close and the shower head was barely functioning. I will Say they moved me to a nicer room but I had To wait till the next day which is still inconvenient. The hotel isn’t the nicest and the food is really subpar but the staff goes above and beyond and are so nice "
