An excellent eco-lodge hotel, away from the town, and hidden in the mountains with amazing views over the valley, particularly from the valley rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff who were able to organise everything pre-arrival and during our stay including tours and transfers from the airport. The bar and restaurant were also excellent with a range of quality food and drink items.

This is an amazing hotel, very friendly helpfull staff and superclean rooms. The view is spectular, and it is quiet but close to the city, easy acces to taxi's and the staff has different options for tours. Good breakfast. Good beds, and nice shower. The only thing is lacking is a fridge and a coffeemaker in the room, but the coffee in the restaurant is great so not a big problem.

To begin, I did not stay on this property so I can’t give it a bad or good review. I booked to stay here and due to bad weather conditions our plane had to turn back around to Bogota without landing. It was disappointing when Expedia staff could not get ahold of anyone in the hotel to ask for a partial refund due to the circumstances. Expedia stated they reached out multiple times without success.

Muy recomendado!!!

Muy recomendado, un hotel completo con buen menú en el restaurante, actividades para niños (saltarín, fogata, billar, Ping pong, rana) la habitación familiar con un camarote super chévere, lo único es que las habitaciones están un poco alejadas de la maloca principal y con lluvia es incómodo el trayecto, pero tienen tuc tuc para llevar las maletas, así que no hay que cargar, hotel super recomendado para descansar y pasar rico. Tiene un mirador con catamaran con una vista divina al cañón del magdalena. Le falta un tris de limpieza a las habitaciones pues tenían una telarañas y alitas de moscos en las camas, y mejorar el servicio en el desayuno.

muy buen HOTEL

reportamos que no llegaba agua caliente a la habitación nuestra y lo único que les faltó decir era que no diferenciábamos el agua fría de la caliente, lejos de asumir la responsabilidad. Fue el único lunar, sino todo seria excelente. Se recomienda más menús en el restaurante, sobretodo al almuerzo o cena.

Breathtaking Hotel

Fantastic place, very nice and breathtaking views. Strongly recommend for anyone visiting the area. The weather is perfect, not cold or hot. The food is delicious and have a good variety. Very short distance by car to the archaeological park and main town.

Cabaña had incredible view of the canyon and was open and airy. I slept incredibly well. Some people might be challenged to climb and descend the stairs as the bed is on a second level and the stair way is steep.

es muy bueno es su vista, en su arquitectura, su contacto con la naturaleza. no me gusto que el parqueadero esta muy lejos y a otros huéspedes si pudieron dejar el carro cerca, debería haber un roomservice, y el sistema de alcantarillado es poco eficiente, hay malos olores.
