"We selected this place because the description said, large apartments with kitchen and big swimming pool. The apartments were big and with a kitchen, however, there was nothing in the kitchen - no cups, no coffeemaker, no pots/pans/plates. After we asked at the reception, they brought us a kettle and two cups without saucers or spoons. "Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber, klimatisiert und hatte alles was man braucht! Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Reinigung des Zimmers und ein Wechsel der Handtücher wurde nur gegen einen Aufpreis durchgeführt, da es sonst nicht vorgesehen ist. Das hat uns bei dem Preis sehr überrascht. Auch den Müll muss man selbst herausbringen, was an doch kein Problem ist. Jedoch erwartet man bei solch einer Unterkunft etwas mehr."

"There was an earthquake in my country and couldn’t make the trip. Contacted the property almost the same day and they didn’t help us with looking for a solution that could at least help both sides. Either way I doubt that weren’t able to rebook our room and even if they weren’t I’m sure they could’ve been more understanding and helpful since this was a natural disaster an even the airport was affected. Super sad and disappointed."

"Es necesario usar coche propio p taxi para ir y salir del establecimiento. En general ofrece instalaciones adecuadas. Resalta la variedad de su tienda de conveniencia. Los pisos podrían estar mas limpios. El personal muy atento y servicial. Tuve que usar la plancha en el cuarto de lavado y fue muy incomodo no poder colgar las ropa planchada por falta de perchero. Solo tres restaurantes y cafeterias cerca. Las construcciones alrededor del hotel incrementaron las dificultades de acceso."

"The rules are not clear and seem to change by whoever is at the front desk. In particular on Monday June 22nd at 11:50 pm. I was out in the terrace and the front desk lady comes and kicks everyone out with no explanation. She says no one on the terrace after 12pm. There is no place to go outside safely and smoke other than there. She was rude and wouldn’t even talk to me."
