This was our second time staying at the Louisa Aparthotel and this is the only place we will be staying at when we visit Las Terrenas. The location is perfect - close to the beach but quiet at the same time. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the perfect size for our family of 4. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating. You will not regret staying here!!

The property is comfortable, relaxing, and complete. I would return to this complex- the only thing is that they have an electricity fee and it is hard to gauge if you will go over.

This is my third year staying at this hotel as is a fantastic property in Las Terrenas in playa las Ballena’s The apt hotel is very modern and the staff is excellent easy to walk to town and chill vibes at their beach club house The Eden. Whether you want to come with family or as a couple this place is magical. Love it there! Great location and beach.

Great stay!

We had a really great stay at this hotel. We went as a couple and really enjoyed the serene of the pool. We also walked just up the street and spent quite a bit of time at the beach and the restaurants along the beach were really great. The rooms were really nice but honestly we spent very little time in the rooms as the area is so great for walking around and going to see everything. The morning breakfast that was provided at the beach was amazing! They also had golf cart rides available if you needed to go a short distance or just didn’t really feel like walking the 1 minute to the beach

Everything was really good. Place, area, pool, beach, restaurants and more. The only thing that I didn't like was the mattress. It was too hard for my liking. But other than that, everything was perfect.

This was my third time staying at this Louisa, the first time perfect, however now the property is falling apart, we stayed in the penthouse B3. The building outside has mold everywhere . The beds an are super hard and squeaky, the pillows are like flat pancakes, linen were old and stained,the internet is super slow. The safe was broken, Jacuzzi was broken, pool was dirty and you could see the mold from the top. Staff at the restaurant were not very attentive and the look grouchy all time.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property, the first time was perfect, second visit we had issues with the jacuzzi being dirty but they eventually cleaned it . This visit upon arrival we found the jacuzzi very dirty and asked for it to be cleaned, no one showed up , next day we let them know that no one showed up to clean it, once again they say someone will go clean it and no one showed up. After paying extra for a jacuzzi on the roof top twice and having the same issue is enough. Pool was also turning green and walls were moldy.
