"The "Hotels.com" villa was the last one in the rear of the complex with no view of the beautiful moutains behind or of the beach and sea in front of the unit. There were plenty of nicer units available. No one on the staff spoke English and was nearly impossible to communicate even with Google translator. The beach and surrounding area is beautiful and there are many local restaurants with great authentic Thai food."

"It was advertised for 300+THB and I booked. When I arrived, the reception told me to pay the difference to make it 500THB. There was another couple at the same time with same issue. The reception talked to owner on speaker phone in Thai and we overheard the owner telling her to lie to us about the details and also refused to refund me.
