When I pulled back the bedsheets it was obvious that the linens had not been changed. There was a long black hair and several black specks of something on the bottom sheet. Gross. I will say though that the manager quickly changed the linens for me after I brought it to her attention.

This is our second time staying at a Crystal Inn and we have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and helpfulness of the staff. A great place to stay in the Salt Lake area.

Staff is very helpful and courteous! Hotel is beautiful and incredibly clean! Such a great place to stay! Kids loved it! They even got to choose a stuffed animal upon arrival!
